Project Description
When we were instructed to help with the acquisition of this apartment (which had not been touched for over 30 years and was once a studio apartment), our client wanted the apartment to become a spacious one bed. This Grade 2 listed apartment situated on the River Thames’ with views of Tower Bridge was and still is simply a stunning location.
We stripped back the space to bare brick, spent ample time space planning creating new rooms and created a spacious 1-bedroomed apartment with an open plan kitchen dining space and living area. We even managed to fit in an ensuite bathroom, dressing room and separate toilet area for our client’s guests.

The Brief
Open plan living space enabling our clients to entertain or have a tranquil relaxing environment after long haul travel. The interiors needed to be authentic, which is where we could play with furniture from all over the world. Luckily our client is well known in the Chinese antiques business, who in turn helped source some items for the space.
