Having trouble with making your rental property look like a home? Well here is something to help change it over Bank Holiday…..

Making your rental home look beautiful and outshine from the rest can be quite daunting, and initially you can get carried with what to buy, when to buy it and whether there are financial constraints.  This is when it is time to create that rented space into a home, which doesn’t mean Knocking down walls, or spending colossal amounts of cash on paints, and wallpapers and builders!  You can simply dress the home to your taste.

Renting property doesn’t always mean you can’t make this home, it simply means you can be selective with items of furniture’s purchased to make it feel like it’s yours, it’s comfortable and show’s personality on whom is living in the home.  Statement pieces are key, to give it that lived in feel, and to give it that first initial impression that the design has been cleverly thought of, without to much effort, giving that feel of realness.

So rather than cringe at something you don’t like in the rented space, work with it and get shopping.
